Once registered and logged in, User will be able to use all functional areas of the system.
The Dashboard tab will provide a graphical display of the entire family’s financial status.
Note: we use the broad concept of "family" to refer to adults living in the same house, possibly with children at or outside the house that are still dependent for healthcare coverage; as well as older parents that the adults manage healthcare issues for.

Payer Definition
Payers are organizations responsible for covering healthcare expenses (Medicare, employment-related).

Provider Definition
Providers are individuals and organizations that deliver health-related services to family members.
Pre-populated with licensed providers' info.

Bill Management
Bills: individual bills submitted by Providers for services to a family member that should be covered by Payers.
Minimum information required from user.
OCR capabilities to be deployed later on.
Same coding standards widely used in industry.

Appeals
Appeals: initiating and tracking the Appeals process of individual Bills against Payers.
