Creating a Family Profile
The first step is to create a family profile.
Main Screen
Once the user logs in they can see the "Family Health Dashboard."
Here the system provides a quick poverview of appointments, bills and claims, as well as case management for all family members.
News Feeds
The system gathers high-quality news from trusted sources that are relevant to each of the family members.
Treatment Plans
The system presents user with relevant guidelines from both US- as well as foreign-based reputable sources. Including NICE from the UK.
Care Planner
System integrates scientific articles and publications from global sources, including PubMed. System will present user with relevant materials based on the family members' conditions.
Metrics Dashboard
System can store metrics and device readings, such as diabetes monitor and scales.
Documents
System can store documents, including imaging and lab results.
Environmental Data
System will integrate real-time environmental information in case that's relevant to a family member (for example in the case of a family member with asthma).
Nutrition Data
System can also integrate nutrition-related information from accurate data sources.
